The Compact 100 Skip-Hoist Concrete Plant, which can be transported with 4 Containers, can produce 100 m³ of concrete per hour. It produces concrete by carrying the aggregate to the mixer with the help of a skip-hoist. At the same time, it can be easily transported, quickly installed and can serve you quickly with minimum labor. It is suitable for long-term productions and for the production of high quality concrete in your productions. The UC100 can work quickly and professionally without the need for a foundation and a loading ramp.
Use of Quality Skip Hoist and Rails
In Skip Hoist Concrete batching plants, the aggregate is transported to the mixer by sliding on the rail with the help of skip hoist. UMMAN manufactures bucket concrete batching plants by using the most durable rope and rail structure as concrete batching plants. Emergency sensors are used against rope breaks. In any unfavorable situation, the skip hoist is stationary by locking the rail.
